THE CUSTOM UNIFORM
CREATION PROCESS
We use water-based chemicals in our screen room and they are environmentally friendly. There is no chemical waste left over in our process thanks to a closed loop filtration system that allow us to meet with the stringent health and environmental requirements as prescribed by state agencies.
STEP 01
Art and Development
Using our large format digital sublimation plotter, we can digitally print a prototype without the need of screens or plates and have it cut with our accurate single ply automatic Gerber automatic cutter and finally assembled in our sewing room.
STEP 02
Pre-press
We engrave our screens with a modern "Computer to Screen" automatic plotter . This "film free process" and the use of fully automatic machines to prepare our screens, allows us a very accurate control of all the pre-press variables.
STEP 03
Digital Print
Our digital print department combines samples and short to medium production runs printers with a "state of the art" high production belt printer, capable to also print directly on fabric. This is the best solution to print on stretch fabrics.
STEP 04
Screen Printed Paper
Our serigraphic production lines consist of two simultaneous six-colors screen printing belt machines that have been custom built in Italy.
STEP 05
Cutting
Our automatic single ply cutter allows us a great accuracy for the top athlete uniforms. We are capable to deliver a real custom uniform "tailored" to exact the athlete body specifications.
STEP 06
Transfer
Our "industry best " Italian "flat bed" machines allow us to obtain the optimal engineered transfer results in heat-transfer printing. For easier designs and high volume jobs, we also use "drum" heat transfer machines.
STEP 07
Sewing
Our "in house" sewing room allows us to meet our customer demands for quick turn around custom jobs.
